1. Who we are

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Kasmerik Workforce and related services operated by Kasmerik ("Kasmerik", "we", or "us"). By signing up for early access, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

2. What the service provides

Kasmerik provides web-based software tools for field and facility businesses, including quote calculators, crew scheduling, job cards, task checklists, supply tracking, and a mobile browser app for crew members.

3. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your manager login credentials secure and for making sure you have permission to enter the names, contact details, and schedules of your crew members. You agree not to use Kasmerik for unlawful activity or attempt to disrupt the service.

4. Plans, pricing, and cancellation

Kasmerik offers a free plan for up to 5 people and paid monthly or yearly plans based on team size. Paid plans are month-to-month or year-to-year with no long-term lock-in. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date.

Early Access price: the first 50 businesses to start a paid plan keep that plan's Early Access price for as long as their subscription stays active without interruption. If you cancel, or your subscription ends for non-payment, the Early Access price is lost and the current price applies if you return. Switching plans uses the new plan's Early Access price, if it has one.

5. Ownership of your data and export

Your business data remains yours. Settings provides a JSON export of shared business records for one selected site and a separate device-data export. Shared exports exclude stored file contents, authentication data, secrets and payment-provider history. These exports are not a full database backup or a full restore. Quotes, invoices and job reports can be printed or saved as PDFs. Contact support for other export needs.

6. Service availability and limitation of liability

We work hard to keep Kasmerik reliable and available, but the software is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted uptime. Quote and job-costing calculators are estimating aids; you remain responsible for reviewing your final bids, contracts, and payroll filings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasmerik's total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve (12) months before a claim.

7. Changes to these terms

If we make material updates to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify active account holders by email.
